Virtual Lessons
Virtual lessons are a great way to get a quality lesson from USBC Gold Coach Mike Dias when you can’t physically be in the same location!
There are two options for virtual lessons:

- Take video from the back and side. I will set you up in the OnForm coaching app, upload the video to the app, analyze the video and give you a plan for improvement.
- Live lesson conducted via a Zoom meeting. Coach Mike will log in shortly before the lesson begins to make sure the connection is good and you’re ready to go! I will guide you through the swing changes live via Zoom.
Lesson prices are less for virtual lessons ($50 for juniors and $75 for adults). Just pick a time that works from you from the schedule or request a time by contacting Mike, go down to your local center, get set up and you’re ready to go!
You will need a way for coach Mike to be able to see you while you are bowling, either using a tripod or a friend to hold your mobile device or laptop for you.
